About the role
The Queensland Law Society has a full-time 12 month contract role for a Functional Tester, Dynamics in the Information Management and Technology Business unit. The main purpose of the Information Management and Technology Business unit is to ensure proper governance of all information management activities in QLS. The test analyst will be responsible for ensuring test quality and accuracy in the delivery of our Dynamics projects
Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Testing complex Portal and Dynamics 365 (CE and BC) solutions repeatedly with accuracy.
- Understand and process the testability of requirements, scenario’s, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Design, create and execute test plans, test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute test runs and test cycles for core and integration solutions.
- Report on test results and taking appropriate actions, proactively linking incidents/defects to underlying problems to prevent future issues and make improvement proposals.
- Create test cases / scenarios, develop test scripts and execute test cases / scripts in various environments.
To be successful for the role you will have the following:
Knowledge, skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience in functional testing
- 1+ years of experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system.
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications, in particular CE and BC.
- Strong knowledge of STLC and Test strategy.
- Experience working in Agile environment with knowledge of one or more Test Management tools (E.g. Azure DevOps, Jira)
