QLS has 2 casual opportunities for an Administration Assistant to join the Records and Member Services business unit. This business unit is part of the Regulation Division, and it ensures accurate records of Queensland solicitor practitioners.
The main purpose of this position is to provide administration assistance and support for the team during the busy end of year renewal period.
In this role you will:
- Take calls on the Referral Line, as well as speaking with members of the public looking for a solicitor through this line.
- Provide a high level of customer service and initial assistance to incoming phone call and our email inbox.
- Maintain the membership records database in order to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date, and meet the requirements of the Records Act.
Ideally you will have the following:
- Previous experience in a similar administration role and or call enter/ customer service role, MS Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.
- Minimum 5-day availability. Monday to Friday.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention-to-detail.
