QLS has a permanent full-time opportunity for a Receptionist (Client Services Coordinator) to join their Facilities and Client Services team. The Facilities and Client Services team supports all QLS business units by maintaining Law Society House operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and coordinating facilities, access, security, and events for internal and external stakeholders.
The Receptionist (Client Services Coordinator) delivers professional reception, front‑of‑house and administrative support, acting as the first point of contact at Law Society House while supporting facilities operations, room bookings and events across QLS.
In this role you will:
- Delivering friendly, professional front‑of‑house customer service as the first point of contact for visitors, members and contractors
- Managing reception and daily enquiries, including phones, emails, mail, couriers and visitor access
- Coordinating room bookings, set‑ups, catering and equipment to support meetings and events
- Processing room booking invoices and payments, including EFTPOS and credit cards, and following up outstanding amounts
- Supporting workplace safety and security, including maintaining access records and acting as a floor warden when required
Ideally you will have the following:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional front‑of‑house or reception role, ideally in a corporate or professional services setting
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach at all times
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organised and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Confident using modern office systems, including Microsoft Office and booking or records management systems
