QLS is offering a full-time, 12-month maternity leave contract for a Partnerships and Growth Coordinator to join their Partnerships and Growth team. This team plays a key role to raise revenue through sponsorship of QLS events, conferences and advertising in our digital communication channels.
As the Partnerships and Growth Coordinator, you will build sponsor relationships and manage contract delivery while supporting these key QLS events.
In this role you will:
- Support the manager in building and maintaining sponsor relationships.
- Manage sponsor contracts and ensure a high-standard delivery in collaboration with Marketing, Events and Education teams.
- Assist in managing sponsor experiences at QLS events and conferences.
- Prepare partnership agreements, invoices, post-sponsor reports, and exhibitor and advertising kits.
- Perform data-entry and maintain the CRM database.
Ideally you will have the following:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability in planning, organisation, and time management, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience in both autonomous and team environments.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement and achieving team goals.
