Job Description

QLS has a 9-month, full-time opportunity for a CRM Functional Tester to join their Business Applications team. The Business Applications team supports digital transformation and works closely with other business units to help ensure systems and processes run efficiently to meet organisational goals.
  
The CRM Functional Tester role focuses 
on manual testing and is responsible for designing and executing test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

In this role you will:

  • Design and execute manual test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Analyse issues and create detailed defect reports.
  • Perform exploratory accessibility usability and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure testability and early defect detection.
  • Guide defect lifecycle management and prioritisation.

Ideally you will have the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems or related field (desirable).
  • ISTQB Certification (desirable).
  • 5+ years’ experience in functional testing including 1+ year with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of application development and testing life cycles.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology and Azure DevOps (desirable).
